The warranty offers 50% off the following month.
- Applies only if payment is received within 10 days of invoice issuing date.
- The client may be denied refund and instead offered an additional month of service with AppartMap for free when rental efforts are considered sufficient by the service provider, Plogg Immobilier.
- AppartMap guarantees renting of a single apartment.
- AppartMap reserves the right to refuse a refund or a credit for a Plogg Immobilier package when rental efforts are considered sufficient.
- AppartMap reserves the right to refuse a refund if it deems that the customer service provided by the client does not meet the criteria.
- AppartMap reserves the right to record calls to assess the quality of the service when the results are below average and the customer is not satisfied.
- AppartMap may offer a free month of service or an additional 50% discount as a refund. Only one discount can be applied on a monthly package.
Suitable results
Results may vary depending on the type of apartment, rent, size, physical condition of the apartment and the building, time of year and geographical location. Plogg Immobilier offers a refund if the package leads to results below 50% compared to average. Similarly, rent with a price higher than the average by more than 20% (excluding heating, hot water, electricity) is automatically denied warranty.
Warranty criteria
- Customer service quality (answering the phone, apartment visits).
- Availability over the phone 7 days a week, from 7 AM to 10 PM.
- Email replies within 4 hours.
- Apartment in a suitable condition
- Rent less than 20% compared to the average rent.
